Shipping and returns
As a general rule, packages are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment, via GLS 24/48h with tracking number and delivery without signature. There is also the option of in-store collection at no extra cost. For GLS shipments, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.
Celtronic does not handle shipments outside the EU. In case of an order from a country outside the EU, the package will be made available to the customer at our facilities located at Estrada do Lameiro 41, Nave 7, 36214, Vigo (Pontevedra), Spain for collection (EXW), with the customer bearing the cost and risk of transport, export and import until arrival at our facilities.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
